At StripeX, we proudly stand behind the quality and performance of every product we make. Our gear is tested by passionate anglers, in real conditions, and built to deliver under pressure.
Limited Warranty Coverage
We offer a Limited Warranty on all StripeX rods, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
If your StripeX rod fails due to a defect during this period, we will repair or replace it—at our discretion—at no cost to you.
What’s Covered
- Breaks due to manufacturer defects
- Faulty components (reel seats, guides, grips, etc.)
- Craftsmanship issues present at the time of purchase
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, or modifications
- Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance
- Loss or theft
How to File a Warranty Claim
To start a claim, please email us at cs@stripexrods.com with:
- Your full name and contact info
- Product description and proof of purchase
- Photos clearly showing the issue
We’ll review your submission and respond within 3-5 business days with next steps.
Important Notes
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
